Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders include free shipping on every purchase - no minimum required. 

Carrier: UPS Ground

Delivery: 2-3 business days

PROCESSING TIME

A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. This ensures your luxury hair investment arrives safely and securely.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.

SHIPPING DAYS

Orders ship on Mondays and Fridays only. Orders placed after Friday cutoff will ship the following Monday.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

LOST, STOLEN & MISPLACED PACKAGES

Ruth’s Hair Academy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location, requiring a signature upon delivery if possible, and filing a claim directly with the carrier if your package is missing. No refunds will be issued for stolen or misplaced orders.
